MagnaCon is the world’s largest 3-day PEMF education conference hosted in Louisville, KY. We incorporate many seminars presented by both medical and alternative wellness professionals, hands-on group training, along with other fun activities, such as dinner and night racing at Churchill Downs and our themed party. MagnaWave also gives away thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes at MagnaCon, including a machine (must be present to win)!
Stay as long as you would like! Our event concludes Friday evening, but we highly recommend checking out some of the local attractions in downtown Louisville before you depart such as, the Muhammad Ali Center, The Louisville Slugger Museum, Frazier Arms Museum, the local Distilleries, and more!
No! Your in-person ticket will give you access to our evening at Churchill Downs
You will want to fly into Louisville International Airport (SDF).
No! Bringing your machine is not necessary. If you don’t want to go a few days without a session, don’t worry, we will have some machines available during the conference that you can use/try!
Everyone! MagnaCon is open to both the general public and our Certified Practitioners! If you are new to MagnaWave, we host several introductory classes on Wednesday afternoon that we recommend attending.

MagnaCon will be held at the Galt House Hotel located at 140 N. Fourth St, Louisville, Kentucky 40202.
There’s plenty of space! We offer a two-to-one parking space ratio per every guest room. Parking is available starting at $28.00 per night for self-parking and $36.00 per night valet parking. Valet is currently available 24 hours a day around the clock.
No! We invite you to come as you are! Please keep in mind the seminars will take place in The Galt House large conference room, so you may want to bring a sweater. The hands-on portions will be outside, which the weather in Louisville can be pretty warm in June. It is best to pack some options, so you will be comfortable whether you are inside or outside. *Please note, Churchill Downs does enforce the following dress code: Jackets and blazers optional, vests, shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, dress jeans and slacks are appropriate, as are golf shorts, dress shorts and capris. Worn or torn garments, halter tops, athletic wear, frayed or torn denim and midriff tops are considered inappropriate attire.
Yes! We recommend arriving Wednesday morning at the latest. MagnaCon Registration will open at noon on Wednesday and we will have several introductory classes around 2pm followed by our cocktail hour & meet-and-greet that evening.
If you are planning to fly in, you will need to arrange transportation to and from the airport, or if you are planning to do any site-seeing while in town. MagnaWave will provide transportation to and from Churchill Downs on Thursday evening.
Yes! MagnaWave will have a booth set up where you can purchase these items and take them home with you. If we happen to run out of stock by the end of the conference, you can still purchase the item at the event, and we will ship it to you at no extra cost!
Yes! Our vendor list changes every year, but we always bring in other wellness companies as vendors. Our current vendors will be announced soon!
MagnaCon registration opens at noon on Wednesday and will run through cocktail hour that evening. It is very important you register and pick up your event badge on Wednesday to ensure you can get in the conference room on time Thursday morning before opening remarks.
Our seminars usually start around 9am, with opening remarks around 8:30am. Once you purchase a ticket, you’ll get access to our event app where you can view the current schedule and be notified of any time updates.
Yes, by attending MagnaCon in person you will fulfill the 2022 Continuing Education requirements to stay in good standing as a Certified MagnaWave Practitioner.
There is limited availability for the Mary M. Miller river boat cruise. When purchasing your ticket, select June 10th, 2022 at 6:00 pm to join MagnaWave as we sail around the city! Get your tickets here.
We encourage you to dress in whatever makes you comfortable! We do recommend checking the forecast and dressing appropriately. Temperatures can drop once the sun goes down, so you may want to bring a jacket or sweater along just in case!
MagnaWave gives away a free machine and thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes like attachments, supplements, complimentary modalities and swag to our in-person attendees. This year, Virtual attendees will only have access to 1 giveaway which will be a machine of MagnaWave’s choosing and will not be entered to win any of the other in-person prizes.
Yes! The Gault House has a UPS store in the hotel. Anything you buy at the event can easily be shipped home so you don’t have to worry about bringing extra luggage.
The Galt House has several restaurants onsite that you can make reservations for dinning – https://galthouse.com/louisville-restaurants/. They do fill up fast so be sure to secure your spot soon! If these do not interest you, there are quite a few other restaurants that are located within walking distance of the hotel and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are always an option too!
Our schedule is subject to change depending on the weather. While we hope to keep the itinerary the same, if the weather is expected to be anything but sunny during hands-on training portions outside, we will adjust the schedule accordingly. It is very important to download the event app and view the notifications to stay up-to-date on any day-of event changes.
